SweatSax Return Policy
We want you to love your SweatSax. If you're not satisfied, we've got your back — sweaty or not.
Returns
If you’re unhappy with your SweatSax, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at artie@sweatsax.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll send you return instructions and a shipping address.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue your refund to your original payment method.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the product was defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or defective item, we’ll send you a replacement free of charge. Just shoot us an email with a photo of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
We don’t accept returns on:
- Final sale items
- Used or washed bags (we respect the sweat, but can’t take it back)
