We’re just as excited as you are to get your SweatSax moving. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship.
📦 Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships
🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently ship within Canada and the United States.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping speed.
🌍 International Shipping
We’re not shipping worldwide just yet — but hang tight. If you're outside North America and want SweatSax, email us and we’ll try to make it happen.
❗Delays
While we work hard to fulfill orders quickly, shipping delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, or holidays. We’re not responsible for these delays once the package leaves our hands, but we’ll always help track it down if needed.
🧾 Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships. If you didn’t get it or something seems off, reach out to artie@sweatsax.com.
📬 Wrong Address?
Double-check your shipping info at checkout. If you made a mistake, email us ASAP. If your order already shipped, we can’t guarantee we can retrieve or reroute it.
💥 Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and photos if applicable.
We’ll do our best to make things right.
